Wild Garlic Pesto


Use as a pesto, or mix with creme fraiche with fresh coriander of parsley to extend for unexpected guests, take on a picnic with crusty brown bread. Serve with hot pasta, mix through mash potato for a taste sensation or make garlic bread for a soft garlic flavour.

Bake inside chicken or on mix with breadcrumbs and bake on top of salmon or  simply eat straight from the jar ….. Divine in baked potatoes.
